We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. All changes will take effect when posted on the website. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion you use this website and your continued use of the website signifies your acceptance of the latest terms and conditions.
While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it.
We try to keep our website as accurate and up to date as possible with regards to specification, colours and materials. We deal with a wide range of products from a number of manufacturers and changes do occur. We cannot be held responsible for changes to products supplied in respect of any of the above factors.
Some products may, at certain times, experience delays in supply due to the specialist nature of the sport or unexpected high demands. We will try to keep you informed of the status of any incomplete orders. If products are not likely to be available within a reasonable timescale you will be offered the option of a suitable alternative as close as possible in specification and price to your original order. You of course have the option to cancel or amend your order and obtain a refund if applicable.
Sale items, end of line and clearance offers are available on a first come first served basis. The publicising of a product on offer on our website does not guarantee availability and we reserve the right to cancel any orders in such cases if the product has sold out or is not available for any reason.
We aim to process and complete your order as soon as possible.
Stock items are generaly dispatched within 2 working days of receiving your order. Non stock items in general take 7 to 28 days but maybe longer for example: custom composite sea and surf kayaks and custom paddles.
Product returns and warranty procedure
All goods sold online are sold with the normal manufacturer warranty that accompanies the product. Buying online is just another way of purchasing goods from us, and the goods are of the same quality, and from the same source as our stock in the shop. This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. Certain items may be excluded from warranty such as latex seals, used goods and sale or end of line items. Wear and tear, accidental or intentional damage or inappropriate use are not covered by any warranty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you buy the wrong size product we are happy to exchange it for the correct size provided it is returned un-used and in a saleable condition. It will be your responsibility, and at your cost, to ensure the product is safely returned to us for exchange. We will send the new item out but will charge postage on it. This will be at cost price. How ever much it may be.
If you purchase an item and decide it is not what you want then we can not offer a refund. Choosing the correct item is down to you. Just the same as at the shop.

If we send the wrong item we will refund you the cost of the item.
If you suspect you have a faulty product supplied by us please contact us in the first instance by phone. Some problems may be resolved or avoided by an explanation or advice from one of our knowledgeable staff.
If you need to return faulty or damaged goods please send them back to us at the shop in Exeter complete with a copy of your receipt, details of your NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, and a note explaining the problem. Please package goods securely, as it is your responsibility, and at your cost, to ensure the safe return of these goods to us. We are happy to sign for goods that are sent back via recorded delivery, and can only take responsibility for your goods once they are in our possession. Our Address is as below.
