  Fave river/spot in the UK:

River Rothay, South Lakes. My first real river, easy white water, beautiful scenery and great wild life. Also since moving to Dartmoor I admit the Upper Dart is the best grade 4 in the Uk

Fave river/spot abroad: Sesia. Campertogno to Scapello. A little bit of everything in beautiful suroundings.

  Fave river snack:

Pepperami: Waterproof packaging, floats and the spicier the warmer you feel on the river.

I also have a pack of dried dehydrated dates in the back of my boat. They are rank and I wont eat them till I really need too.

I would like to: Improve my paddling across the board.

Paddling hero: Andrew Plimmer + Clive Hebblethwaite. Two teachers at Craven College at Skipton. Taught me to paddle but also pushed the importance of proffesionalism when working in the outdoors. Andy Plimmer is a perfectionist and Clive is one of the bestr coaches I've come across.
