Simply browse the site and if you see something you like, add it to your cart. When you have finished, click on the 'checkout' button on the left tool bar and proceed through all the payment screens. If you are not sure or need some advice, please call or email the shop and one of the team will be happy to help you with your selection.

What we have listed on the site are the items we try to keep in stock, although this does vary seasonally. If you can't see what you need, call or e-mail as we have all sorts of odd things tucked away that we can easily send to you in the post. We do not always have every product, in every size, in stock at any one time. Often there are delays with the supply of goods to us, but if there is a problem, we will let you know immediately and advise on the delivery time. We will do our best to get out of stock items to you within 28 days.

All goods sold online are sold with the normal manufacturer warranty that accompanies the product. Buying online is just another way of purchasing goods from us, and the goods are of the same quality, and from the same source as our stock in the shop.

If you buy the wrong size product we are happy to exchange it for the correct size provided it is returned un-used and in a saleable condition. It will be your responsibility, and at your cost, to ensure the product is safely returned to us for exchange. 

If you need to return faulty or damaged goods please send them back to us at the shop in Exeter complete with a copy of your receipt, details of your NAME, ADDRESS, TELEPHONE NUMBER, and a note explaining the problem. Please package goods securely, as it is your responsibility, and at your cost, to ensure the safe return of these goods to us. We are happy to sign for goods that are sent recorded delivery, and can only take responsibility for your goods when they are in our possession. Our Address is as below.

Second hand Boats

Secondhand boats carry no warranty from the original manufacturer although AS Watersports has checked each boat and deem it to be in a sellable condition for its intended use.

We strongly recommend that you come and personally inspect any secondhand boat you are interested in purchasing, and if you do need us to ship it too you, please call or email if you have any queries.

We will refund purchases of secondhand boats that are returned to us within 28 days unused from the date of purchase. The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping boats back to us and we are not able to arrange collection of boats from buyers.

We are prepared to RESERVE boats you are interested in until the following Saturday after you contact us, or by special arrangement. Please telephone or email with any questions.

AS Watersports will not pass any personal details on to another third party, but we will include your email address in our mailing list if you give us your permission.

You pay for your goods by credit/ debit card at the end of the payment process. Your details are stored securely and in an encrypted form. Should you wish to talk to someone in the shop, and pay directly over the phone, we can arrange mail order transactions in the normal way, please call the shop for help.

 Due to a recent world wide price rise in the cost of transporting goods we now have a new carriage cost structure. We are only set up to deliver to mainland UK, please email or call if you need items delivery further away.

Orders placed on the internet and then collected and paid for in person will receive a discount. 10% on paddling gear and accessories, 5% on paddles and 5% on kayaks.

All instock items of paddling gear including Cag's, Dry pants, Dry suits, Helmets, PFD'S and spray decks will be sent free of charge by First class Royal mail Recorder delivery.

Books will cost £2.95 per book.

Heavy but small items: 1.2kg-2kg will cost £7.50 including the recorded delivery.

Items weighing 2-4kgs will cost £8.95 including recorded delivery.

Any item over 4kgs and upto 10kgs will be sent via TNT on a next day delivery. The cost of this is £12.95. You must allow up to 3 working days for this service. I.e. an item ordered on a Friday should arrive with you on Tuesday morning. 

Paddles will be charged at £15 per shipment, with a maximum of 3 paddles per shipment, next day TNT delivery.

Kayaks up to 3 meters long will be charged at £30 per boat, on a 3 Working Day Service.

Open canoes double sit on tops and sea kayaks will be priced on application due to brand and location of delivery.
