styles of craft
(Kayak, Canoe and Sit-on) and we have identified three levels
depending on your skills, a basic level, a medium level and the top end. This is
dependant on how seriously you want to enjoy canoeing, as is explanatory from
the examples below. Generally a top end boat will have better
speed, tracking and specification, equipping the craft to
undertake longer journeys more successfully. Below is not a definitive list, but highlights craft with the
design characteristics typical for the suggested usage. |
