Summer White Water fun: French
Alps.
If you hadn't heard the river levels in
the French Alps have been absolutely massive over the last few weeks. With
most of the rivers being closed by the Local authorities. How ever, this is
now changing and levels are returning to normal.
This is a very popular holiday destination

A Grand Western Weekend.
We attended the Grand Western weekend at
the Mid Devon show ground in Tiverton.
The weekend was based around canal boats
and family fun. Lots of interest in Inflatable
kayaks due to the pack-ability and fun use. We have lots more in stock

Exmouth Kayak Fishing meet. Many
thanks to all those who attended and had fun trying just about every fishing
sit on top on the market! Lots of money was raised for the RNLI as

Atlantic wave skis have arrived!: 23/02/08
Yes yes, we have had the new Cruiser moulded
wave skis from Atlantic surfboards delivered by the creator Mike Peet.
They look sweet and have some cool new features like a self bleed pressure
valve to stop them exploding if you leave them in hot car.
Nice paint jobs and we have a demo! Book asap
as Jim will have it away other wise!

South West kayaker on Great Britain Freestyle
Squad: 18/12/07We
are pleased to announce that S.W ripper and winner of the first Flower
Pots rodeo last year: Sam Anderson has made his way to the GB
Freestyle Squad. He came 7th over all in two selection events, one at
Hurley weir and one at the Nation white water course in Nottingham
competing against some of the UK's best freestylers Jon Best, James
Bebbington and Ed Smith. In recognition of his achievements A S have
supplied Sam with a very nice Jackson All Star. We will be following Sam
and his progress in competitions over the next year and will let you know
how he gets on.. Well done Sam.

Adventure Paddlers Weekend RDCP 8/9th
December: 26/10/07
The very successful
and enjoyable white water and traveling paddlers weekend returns to the
Dart Country Park. The park is opening for this weekend only so book accommodation
ASAP. Lots of exciting talks, videos and the entertaining Q & A session.
Expect a cheeky announcement from Mr. Gorilla on your favorite forum soon.
A full fleet of demo boats from Pyranha and Dagger will also be available
as well as the A S boys and girls with all the bits you forgot to bring.

Speeder
Challenge @ APWE 8/9th Dec.
Dartmoor: 29/11/07 As part of the Adventure
Paddlers Weekend organized by G17 Pyranha have come up with a
Speeder challenge. This is a race down the "loop" Section of the
river Dart in nice long fast touring boats. Not as easy as you think. This
is a good challenge for you and your friends if you don't fancy the race

We have taken delivery of a new range from peak
including new colours and materials in their cag ranges. Of particular
interest is the Combi Short Sleeve as this is a shorty Cag with attachable

FORUM FOR SW PADDLERS 23rd
November 2004:
Local paddler Chris Milbank has set up a
forum specifically for paddlers in the SW to post their views. Hopefully
this will take off, increase in popularity, and support the growing number
of information sites for paddlers. The site has a general paddling chat
page and for sale section, so now we can post water level changes quickly
and keep up with paddlers in the SW. Check-it out here!
