Free delivery items.

Free UK mainland delivery is available on selected items of paddling gear including Cag's, Dry pants, Dry suits, Helmets, PFD'S and spray decks and most accessories (but not paddles, due to their size). In stock products are despatched as soon as possible by First Class Recorded Delivery with the Royal Mail. Or by other services if required.

Chargable delivery items.

All deliveries of over 4kgs and up to a maximum of 10kgs is sent next day deliery with TNT. This is charged at £12.95. Due to the vagaries of processing of the orders and collection schedules you must allow up to 3 working days for this service. We do not ship via TNT on a Friday. Items requiring TNT delivery orderd on a Friday will be sent Monday for an estimated Tuesday delivery.

Items requring this service include: Roofracks, parts and accessories such as uprights, complete anchor systems, canoe and kayak trolleys and others.

Books.

Delivery of books to mainland UK is £2.95 per book.

Collect from store

Orders placed through the website and collected from the shop must be paid for on collection. Card details are required to ensure that your order is reserved, but we will not process the transaction. Payment will need to be taken on collection of the goods.

Paddles

Delivery of paddles is charged at £15 per shipment, with a maximum of 3 paddles per shipment, next day TNT delivery. Any order of more than three paddles will be dispatched as multiple shipments, so orders of four paddles will incur two delivery charges, seven paddles will incur three delivery charges and so on. Please allow up to three working days for delivery.

Kayaks & Canoes

Delivery of kayaks of up to 3 meters length will be charged at £30 per boat to cover delivery and insurance. Please allow up to three working days for delivery.

Delivery of larger boats such as open canoes, double sit on tops and sea kayaks will be priced on application due to brand and location of delivery.

We can usually arrange local deliverys by our own transport. We are happy to discuss this in store
