Booking Information and Prices

Booking information. Our accommodation is primarily aimed at visitors and groups wishing to study the natural environment of the Exe estuary. We can also accommodate school/college or other groups on residential field trips and study visits. 

The Cottage is not available for hire for private functions or events.

     Topsham Lock Cottage: Terms and Conditions of Bookings

A booking will be considered firm upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total cost (including VAT).

The balance of payment is requested 4 weeks prior to your stay.

Cancellations: A refund of 50% of the balance paid after deposit can be given if we have 4 weeks notice. Any shorter notice of cancellation is not eligible for a refund.

The person booking is responsible for ensuring the building is left as found.

A damage deposit may be requested.

Any breakage's must be paid for.

Payment of deposit will be regarded as evidence of acceptance of these conditions.
