Specialist kayak cags are the kayaker's equivalent to the hikers rain suit or windbreaker.
The cags that we sell are designed specifically made with kayaking in mind, give paddlers freedom of movement and create an insulated dry layer blocking the paddler from the wind and other elements.
These specialist kayak garments are made from water resistant material such as Gore-Tex or urethane coated nylon.
Touring cags are also suitable for sea kayakers. The needs of a touring paddler are obviously different to those of a whitewater kayaker. The touring cag is more aimed at comfort and warmth as well as having more and larger pockets.
Many paddlers quickly find their preferred style of cag, just like their preferred boat and stick with cags in that line. There are enough cags available to suit any use or budget.
