About Our Coaching

High Quality & Professional Watersports Tuition

Going kayaking and paddle boarding is such great fun. It can give you experiences you have never had before and that others never will (unless they try it). One of the greatest things about paddling is gaining skills to make these experiences even better. In May we kick start the season and look forward to getting on the water with all those that want to start Canoeing and kayaking, improve their skills, learn to roll or just have a fun day on the water.

All our watersports lessons are run by a full time and experienced in house instructor. We always work on a small student to instructor ratio so that courses and sessions are tailored to your aims, needs and pace.

Paddleboard & Kayak on the Exe

Based from our waterside shop in Exeter, Devon means we have great access to the water as well as a fantastic range of modern Sea, Sit on Tops, Touring and River Kayaks. We use modern popular boats for our tuition, including Pyranha, Dagger, Wilderness Systems, Perception, Wave Sport and Venture.

1-1 Kayak Rolling Lessons

We can cover all techniques in our one-to-one sessions, but kayak rolling tuition is always top of the list. Run by our experienced in-house instructor, Liam, allows us to offer personalised and relaxed coaching to help you learnt how to roll a kayak.

Paddleboard Taster Session

Increasing in popularity, paddleboarding is the next big thing. We offer small-group taster sessions to get you going.

Paddleboard & Pub

Making the most of the summer evenings, we run regular “Paddleboard & Pub” social paddles. Come and join us for a relaxed trip to Double Locks, keep an eye out for the elusive kingfisher and get some SUP tips along the way.

Corporate Events

Want to get out of the office and onto the water? Get a group together give paddleboarding a go. Based on our paddleboard & pub social evenings, we can guide you down, have a quick pit stop and head back to the shop. Great fun in the great outdoors!
