Where is AS Watersports?

We are based right beside the Historic Exeter canal. A fantastic location that allows us to offer hire, tuition and free demos of any boat we have in stock. See our About Us page for more information about our great location.

Can I order over the phone?

You can call any time the shop is open, and we can take orders over the phone. We can help you select the right products for your needs and give you helpful, unbiased advice.

Can I pay using PayPal?

Yes, just proceed through the checkout and you will have the option to log into your PayPal account.

How can I pay without a PayPal account?

To use Paypal without an account, proceed through the checkout and choose PayPal.
There will be an option to “Pay by debit or credit card”, this will not require a PayPal account.

When will you send my order?

We aim to dispatch all orders on the same day if the order is received before 12.30pm on a normal working day.
If we get the order after 12.30pm it will be dispatched the next working day.
Orders received on a Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holiday will be dispatched on the next working day.

When will I get my order?

All UK Mainland orders over £65 will sent via DPD Local on a next day service. For most items this will be free, there are some exclusions such as kayaks and paddles.
If your order is under £65, you can upgrade to a next working day delivery service for a small charge.
Small orders under £65 will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, usually 1-2 days.

The simplest way is to use the Delivery Quote function in the basket, just add all the items you require.

Do you delivery to my country?

Currently our shipping system is only set up to accept order from the UK, please Contact Us if you would like to order from another country and we will do our best to help out.

Can I collect my order from your shop?

Yes! We love it when customers come and see us. There is a shipping option to collect in-store, choose that and we will have your order ready for you when you come in.
We are unable to process orders over the weekend, so it is best to call before you make the journey here to avoid disappointment.
