Refund policy

This information refers to orders placed via our website, www.aswatersports.co.uk. Please refer to Clause 12 of our Terms of Sale for full returns terms and conditions.

We are happy to offer a 60 day returns policy for goods purchased from AS Watersports website, subject to some exclusions.

Goods must be returned unused and in the original packaging with all relevant labels.

  • If the Goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and you have unsealed those Goods after receiving them;
  • If the Goods have been personalised or custom-made for you;
  • GPS systems such as PLB or VHF radios can only be returned if unregistered
  • Goods returned in an unsatisfactory condition

Unless we have incorrectly fulfilled an order we will not refund any associated delivery charges or cover any delivery costs when posting the goods back to us.

To ensure a prompt refund please provide us with your name, address, email address, telephone number, and Order Number.

In the case of boats we would only be able to arrange collection if the boat was delivered by our courier, the charge for this will be confirmed with a quote, cost of which will be deducted from your refund, unless stated otherwise. The craft will need to be packaged prior to collection in the same way it would have arrived when originally delivered.

When your refund is processed, the funds will be returned to the original payment method. This may take up to 10 working days to appear as cleared funds.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
